PMCI Chip Conveyors A careful Guardian for Safety
A broad choice of chip conveyors in PMCI. The whole series is equipped with high-performance torque limiter to ensure the safety while operating.
There 2 types of the torque limiters we use in our chip conveyors, Direct and Indirect.
Direct Type:
– Torsion limitation design: to prevent motor from burning down by over-large torsion or avoid the over-large torsion to damage other parts
– The torsion limitation can be adjusted to proper value.
– Simplify the assembly components for easy to install, and can be mounted in any direction.
– Safety, small volume, easy to maintain, low noise, high efficiency and reduction ratio.
Indirect Type:
– Due to the torque limiter is consisted of 7 components, it can change parts easily.
– Use tray spring to press by strength.
– Only the brake rubber is needed to change if the torque limiter is damage.
– Easy to set up.
The Types of Chip Conveyors
Hinged type, Scraper type and scraper type with Mach Box of chip conveyors.
– Hinged type: the new generation chip conveyor which is suitable for small and medium machines makes delivery faster than before and factory neat.
– Scraper type: the small scraper machine which can handle short chip effectively.
– Scraper type with Mach Box: the chip conveyor can handle aluminum powder effectively.
